The ability to accurately visualize a site, such as a cell tower, wind turbine, solar panels, commercial development or other construction project is critical to successfully moving a project through the entitlement process. Our professional graphics designers use high-end equipment to create exact reproductions of project sites. They bring projects to life, providing permitting officials, end users, and interested parties an objective view of the finished site.
When appropriate we also perform balloon testing, on behalf of our clients, to assist neighbors and other end users visualize the height of a proposed tower or structure, often in accordance with local and federal requirements.
